My name is Jefferson Blackwill a Central Intelligence Agent (CIA) representing the United States (CIA) in the Republic of South Africa and Southern African Development Community (SADC).
Am contacting you regarding one (1) consignment trunk box which was recovered on December 9, 2017 at the OR Tambo International Airport Johannesburg from four (4) devious diplomats from West Africa. The consignment trunk box which belong to you was recovered by the National Intelligence Agency, a department under the Ministry of State Security of the Republic of South Africa. The consignment box was brought to my office and handed over to me as the head of Central Intelligence Agent (CIA) South Africa to be delivered to you in your Country. I got your email address from the criminals arrested with your consignment box.
I wish to inform you that the box has been scanned in my office and the content of the consignment box is money, United States Dollar ($) bills and the total amount contained in the consignment trunk box as revealed by the scan is Eight Million United States Dollars ($8.000.000.00) only.
The four (4) diplomats (suspects) from West Africa who were caught with the consignment box containing your funds confessed during interrogation and instigation that they are diplomats from Accra Ghana, Lagos Nigeria, Darkar Senegal and Bokina Faso West Africa and they decided to come to South Africa to hide with the funds after hijacking the box and diverting from the original destination of the delivery as per the instruction of the fraudulent security company they worked for but unfortunately for them, they were arrested and detained on their arrival in South Africa. The suspects lucked the consignment box with a code but they claimed they do noy not have the unlocking code so I do not have access to the funds contained in the box and it is illegal to destroy the box to gain access to the funds contained in the box. Since you are the sole owner of the consignment box and the funds contained in the box you are the only person who have the right to open the box by any means you deem right either by breaking it or hiring a software engineer to unlock the box for you but the best option is taking the consignment box to your bank and your bank will unlock the box and deposit the funds into your bank account in your Country.
Warning; Do not offer to reimburse me after receiving your consignment trunk box as that`s an act of bribery and will not be tolorated by Central Intelligence Agent (CIA) and a criminal charge will be be brought against you should you dare make such offer to me. I`m discharging my official duty and am being paid my the Government of United States of America (USA). You must follow my instructions until the consignment box arrives your door-step in your Country.
