Idris Maitu: Beneficiaries" must be paid his or her fund within 14 working days without asking

Attention: Credited Contractors and Inheritance Beneficiary.

I am Senator Idris Maitu, the New Africa Foreign Debt Review and Reconciliation Committee for the total Reconciliation of Foreign debts to foreign contractors and Inheritance beneficiaries. I have been directed by the New Chairman of Africa heads of States to bring to your immediate notice and urgent attention that this new Africa Union (AU) leader have gone through your file and understood your plight, the huge amount of money you have spent and all the disappointment you have suffered in the past years to get your contract/inheritance fund paid to you due to what we described as selective payment of selfish interest and incessant demand of excessive levies by the dubious officers and fraudsters who had frustrated and made you lose hope of receiving your contract/inheritance fund.

However, upon my inauguration to office as New Chairman of the above Committee, my first executive special meetings were held with some leaders of the World, and Monetary Institutions, e.g. United Nation Organization Including United Nation Security Council, World Bank Group, International Monetary Fund (IMF), Paris and London Club of Creditors, European Economic Community (E.E.C) and The purpose of the special meetings were (i) how to rebuild Africa Economy and Redeem Africa Image, (ii) how to pay all contracts or inheritance Debts owed to foreign Contractors and inheritance Beneficiaries.

In regards of this special meetings, my commission received a good result from the above Mentioned Organizations, a bailout fund was approved to my Commission by the above organizations, a total sum of US$1.5 Billion U.S. Dollars have being approved by the Organizations to pay all foreign contractor and Inheritance debts owed to Foreign Beneficiaries whose payment have been hanging since 1990s, during the inauguration of this committee, we reached an accord and agreement with the above World Organizations that the approved fund will only be use to settle contract and inheritance debts owed to foreigner beneficiaries by the Africa Government, and transparency is our motto. also we assured the above world organizations that every "accredited and clarified Contractors and Inheritance Beneficiaries" must be paid his or her fund within 14 working days without asking hin or her to pay this office one dollar upfront.

Consequent to the above, the World Organizations had Nominated The United Nation United Nation Security Council and Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI) to checkmate the progress made so far by our Committee for frequent reports to the United Nation Organizations,

Note: Now we want use the opportunity to notify all foreign contractors and inherited beneficiaries, that henceforth from this year 2017 the United Nation Organizations and The World Bank had mandated and empowered us to ensure that all Contracts debts and Inheritance debts will henceforth be settled by our committee, sequel to the above explanations, I want also to use this opportunity to let all accredited foreign Contractors and Inheritance Beneficiaries that have not receive his or her contract fund or inheritance fund starting from the year 1990s should contact with us immediately for his or her payment, you are henceforth from today ordered to stop all communications with anybody, organizations or commissions as regards to your contract or inheritance payment, all your dealings with any of those mentioned above have being is illegal, now your dealings as regards to your contract/inheritance payment will directly to my commission.

Therefore if you want to receive your long lingering contract/inheritance payment you must contact with us now with all your details as soon as you read this email.
