I came across your PAYMENT FILE recently in our bank which was marked 'X' and your released disk painted RED, I took my time to study it and found out that you have paid VIRTUALLY all fees but your fund was not released to you.

I am assuring you that I can make the accumulated interest of your principal fund to be released to you bit by bit via western union money transfer if you can certify me with assurance that when I make the release, you will settle me.

I needed to do this because you need to know the status of your principal Fund payment for the delay. Please this is very important though you will be too skeptical of your past experiences.

The only thing needed to release this accumulated interest fund is to get the diskette which you have to pay only $58 before it will be released to me.
