The process of releasing your funds is in the hands of the Probate Court which requires you to normalize and notarize your fund approval documents which will pave way for the paying Bank to effect the release of your funds either through Bank to Bank wire transfer or via online banking transfer depending on your choice.
We have discussed with the Court, the process will only cost you $1250 to cover the stamp duty on capitals and the cost of normalization, without this the Bank have no mandate to open your file.
