How are you today, l hope you are fine?my day is very boring over here Dakar Senegal in this missionary we find it hard to go out because we are not allowed to do so but l hope by God' s grace l will come out of here soon.

As a refugee here i don' t have any right or privilege to any thing be it money or whatever because it is against the law of this country. Please listen to this(please it' s a secret, even no one knows about it except the Reverend that knows about it),i have my late father' s statement of account and death certificate here with me which i will send to you later, because when he was alive he deposited some amount of money in a leading Foreign bank which he used my name as the next of kin, the amount in question is $5.7M (Five Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars).

So i will like you to help me transfer this money to your account and from it you can send some money for me to get my traveling documents and air ticket to come over to meet with you. I kept this secret to people in the camp here, the only person that knows about it is the Reverend because he is like a father to me. Darling i received your mail and i was very happy for all your love and kindness towards me, my lovely one thank you very much for bringing my life back to me again, i really do not know how to show my appreciation but i promise to do my best for you when we will come together as one. darling I have received a mail from the bank today and i have gone through it and see their requirements before they will proceed with the transfer. I already submitted to the bank my Father' s Death certificate and the Deposit Certificate which i will also attached for you on my next mail. so the little problem we have now is the Power of Attorney and Affidavit of Oath, and i have told the Reverend what the bank required from us, and the Reverend promise to look for a good lawyer who will assist us to prepare the two remaining documents for us.

Darling what you have to do now is to wait so that i will send to you the la wyer ' s contact when the Reverend comes back ok. please as soon as i send the lawyer ' s contact to you i will like yo u to try your best to make sure that you contact him immediately and ask him the possibility of getting those remaining documents for us which is the Power of Attorney and the Affidavit of oath. whenever he replies you then try to let me know on what he said to you .

My love after finished reading the mail you sent to me,i contacted the lawyer through the phone of my pastor and he told me everything how he will help us and get those documents.

Darling l am so sorry for putting you in this problems.But,please for my future and for my life, help me out, since the bank are now waiting for us to send them this document, there is no need to be wasting time and since the lawyer have promise to help us to get all this document, please for the sake of my future help me out to see how you get the money and send it to the lawyer so that he will get this documents ready for us ok.

Firstly all this mentioned documents by the bank gives you the legal authority to represent me, The problem is how to get this documents which i have giving you a contact of a law firm who will first, draft the power of attorney bearing my signature, and empowering you to act on my behalf which will be fully notarized.

Secondly, The same lawyer will represent us to get the affidavit of support from the federal high court, he will stand to take an Oath on our behalf,which also will be fully signed by the federal magistrate bearing the signature of a notary public. This documents mentioned above gives you full authority and credibility to represent me to the bank and to anywhere.

Everything concerning this transaction is completed only to send this documents to the bank and once they receive it the bank will make the transfer. Please call him immediately and talk to him so that he will start up the process, there is no need for us to delay our self since the bank are now waiting for us,
