Subject: FROM MR.ANTHONY KOBINA AMPOFO.
Dear
Thanks
for your mail and the desire to be part of this golden opportunity. The
people involved in this transaction are top level civil servants that
have served our motherland to the best of our abilities. Our involvement
in this transaction is not about being corrupt, NO, but because of the
activities of our corrupt political class who siphons the state funds
and banks them overseas for their selfish ends and when civil servicemen
and women like us retires from the service and hoping to use our
retirement benefits to take care of our life after retirement you will
be told the treasury is empty.
Sometimes
civil servants retires and live for 20 yrs in abject poverty because
our benefits which we worked and contributed for all our active lives
are not paid because the treasury is empty, emptied by corrupt
politicians and when they gets sick they're taking to the best hospitals
in Europe and America for treatments, sends their children to best
schools overseas while the people that works day and night to produce
the money is left to die in abject poverty after retirement and some of
us are due for retirement soon.
The
reason why I took time to inform you of this plight is for you to
understand the situation that brought about this project, we took this
opportunity for us to be able to take care of our retirement and future
generations. We are matured men and women with children and
grandchildren. We have names, reputations and offices to protect in this
project and we are leaving nothing to chance to make sure this
transaction is concluded successfully.
This
deal is real and genuine and the money I am talking about is lying
secured in the National Treasury. The contract at which the fund in
question came from was on supply of medical equipment and refurbishing
of all public hospitals in the whole 10 regions of Ghana. The contract
was awarded and executed by the previous government of this country
which was ousted in the last general election. The original cost of the
contract was $300 million but was inflated by the tune of the fund
involved in this transaction
What
we need is experienced professional fund /investment company or an
individual to enter into partnership with to provide us durable account
to accommodate the fund and invest it in a secured and profit yielding
investment/s for 5 yrs. The process at which the transaction will be
carried out is wholly our responsibility. This fund came from an already
executed contract and moving it out of the country will require going
through a thorough contract process and we are ready to meticulously
handle it to a logical end so that at the end of the day even after our
retirement we would not have to worry being called to book. So if you
would be part of this project you must be ready to give it full
attention and on no account would you be found wanting in area of trust.
You cannot for any reason sit on the fund when it comes to your
possession for any reason I repeat.
The
release of this payment will be through contract payment and to do
this, you are required to send me the name and address of your company.
The name of the company when received will be used as a foreign
contractor that executed contract to the GNPC to the tune of the
investment capital and approvals will be procured from various financial
regulatory authorities in the country. When the process is completed
the fund release documents will be sent to you via courier service to
sign and send back before payment will be effect, therefore when sending
the company name and address include the address at which you would
like to receive the documents.
Am
having a little problem with my official email box since last week
please keep getting in touch with me on this gm ail box for now.
Thanks
Regards,
MR.ANTHONY KOBINA AMPOFO
