Dear
Should you had anything to do with payments from Nigeria and
differing names associated with it, without me taking your
time, you know the reputation of any mention of Nigeria in
most places in the world. And since you do not have anything
in hand to differ distrust; you would be distrusted and
everything you say about this fund transaction will raise
eyebrows.
In lieu of this, I ask;" have you made any attempt to contact
Nigeria Apex Bank directly through their official website:
www.cbn.gov.ng
Any exchange about this kind of huge payment is something you
should handle in a most transparent ways. And should you to be
afraid contacting Nigeria Apex Bank, then a petition to the
United Nations Treasury Office (non payroll payments) in New
York will suffix. This office in turn will contact Nigeria
payment agencies on your behalf and query them about your fund
status (if any) and shall extract exact measure of its
release.
Please do not take offense about this contact. I was privilege
to review certain payment maneuvers being engaged on your
behalf by certain Nigerians and their cohorts and resolved to
contact you.
Regards
Mr. Asare William
