Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

SUBJECT: LETTER OF APOLOGY FROM
NEW DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA
/YOUR CONTRACT PAYMENT ADVICE.

have been directed by His Excellency, the President of the

Creditors, European Economic Community ( E .E. C.) and
envoy's of our Correspondence International Bank of
Settlement Worldwide affiliated with the Central Bank of
Nigeria. The purpose of this special meeting
is to (i) rebuild Nigeria Economy (ii)
pay all Foreign Debts.

In this regards, and due to the good
and positive results we receive from this special meeting a
Total sum of US$2.5 Billion U.S. Dollars have been approved
from the supplementary Budget Bill which was approved by the
Upper House of assembly recently to pay all foreign
Contractors whose payment have been hanging since 1989.

In order to show the World that
Nigerian is a truly Democratic and Transparent Government,
this New Government has decided to give all Foreign
Contractors 100% assurance that in 72 Banking Hours their
contract Fund will be effected to their nominated Bank
Account.

This morning a Telex Signal attached
with a Presidential Instruction Stamped and Signed by the
Vice President have being sent to (CBN) for payment of
Contractor we find eligible to receive payment from the
government of the country.

You are however,strongly advised for
the interest of your person, your esteemed Company to

This is to acknowledge receipt of your message.

We are sorry for your past experience in the hands of corrupt and impostors who has tried to denting the image of our great Nation., Let me assure you this time you are going to be paid without having to go through any stress as long as you are ready to comply and cooperate with my committee.

To enable us proceed with your case, we kindly require that you furnish us with the detail of your contract with the government of Nigeria. Let us know as well the reason the payment was not release to you before now so we can actually investigate and find out why you were not paid having fulfill the requirement of your contract. Be rest assure we are not here to demand any upfront fee from you provided you have all the evidence regarding your contract with the government of Nigeria.

We advise that you stop all other communication with any group or individuals who you may be dealing with in regards to this matter as they are all impostors who does not represent the interest of the government rather than their own selfish interest. I hope you will be able to repeat your visit here to actually confirmed our portfolio as well as offices and you will then be taking right into the central bank of Nigeria to sign off your payment. We are sorry you were only dealing with fake government officials who could not fulfill their promises to you but seek ways to take money from you.
