Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

We received a signal from the World Bank affiliate office that you have unresolved payment which was re-scheduled to be released to you via electronic wire transfer and International Visa Card payment without success. The payment was approved but was wrongly diverted by corrupt Government officials and bankers across Nigeria and Benin Republic.

This information received this office last week, my office received directly from the office of the newly elected president of Benin Republic in the person of Mr. Patrice Talon to contact you accordingly so that we shall deliberate on how you will receive the approved payment of Usd$2.7 Million United States only without delay as contained in our international regulatory payment mandate as an outstanding payment for this fiscal year 2017.

Be informed that all you had paid in the past will not allow you receive this payment because it goes to wrong office/hands and for you to receive this payment, you must keep this message a most top confidential/secret and contact the below United Bank for Africa Department to avoid any form of problem.

Stop wasting your hard earned money for nothing but kindly apply below for an official instruction on how to receive this approved payment legally without you paying through your nose. Hope this is well understood?

Finally, before you reply this message, kindly change your Pass Word to a new one to avoid reckless access by hackers into your mail box. Please adhere to the stated instructions, contact and confirm this message so that our correspondence will rhyme and you will educated properly on the modus opradi and approved method so that you will get your payment released to you and say goodbye to your financial constraints.
