Dear Sir,
With all due respect we are not here to scam anybody i hate that word (SCAM) rather We are correcting the past impressions for all the predicaments you and every other person went through of not getting paid accordingly, This is agreement between the Nigerian Government and the United States of America Government to make sure you sign the payment release order by yourself either you come in person to our office or we send the documentsto youthrough your address which required the delivery and insurance fees of $300 only, the choice is yours.
Be rest assured that you have nothing to regret the attachment file is my official ID CARD as you demanded.
Thank you
