I need a doctors report from you and this will make them to consider you and release your funds because I will visit the central bank and the ministry of finance offices tomorrow with the Doctors report for them to approve your funds release order and i want you to know that i wll not go there empty handed so that i will not be insult by any personnel in the office .My advise here is that the fee for the international transfer permit order to the ministry of finance which is ($ US 420 ) will be present so that once am presenting your doctors report on their desk i will also pay for the fee required , include my service fee and this will cost you the sum of one thousand four hundred and twenty united state america dollars ( $ Us 1,420 ).
