We are Family Miner; we are direct miners of gold and diamond from
Sierra Leone & Guinea Republic. We are 100% local miners of raw gold
and diamond. We are willing and ready to do gold and diamond business
with any good buyer and on a long terms
business relationship.
We prefers for the buyer to come in person or send a representative to
come so that both parties know ourselves very well and establish a
good business and personal relationship.
If he cannot come, then we can do only a trial shipment of 50kg -
100kg / 500 - 2,500carat parcel of rough/ uncut diamond and after the
success of it, then we can engage on a bigger quantity of (150kg -
500kg / 3,000ct - 10,000ct)
1. COMMODITY SPECIFICATIONS:
a) COMMODITY: Gold (AU)
b) FORM: Bars.
c) PURITY: 96% Minimum
d) FINENESS: 23+ carats plus
e) ASSAY: Final assay to be made by the buyer's refinery and this
value will be accepted by both buyer and seller.
f) ORIGIN: Sierra Leone, West Africa.
g) PACKING: Export Package metal Boxes suitable packaging
2. Quantity: (50 - 100) kg as trial order.
3. Price: United States Dollar $29,000 per kg.
4. Delivery Procedure:
Buy will visit to see the gold and take part in the payment of the
government export tax and travel with the gold in company of our
representative. Buy shall be responsible for Hotel Accommodation and
Ticket of our rep.
If Buyer cannot cone, Seller will settle the 5% government Export Tax
and obtain all the export documents. Seller will pay the export tax in
buyer's name and refinery's name as the consignee/ delivery details to
ensure smooth delivery.
Buyer shall be responsible for the Air-Cargo Shipment delivery from
Sierra Leone to Refinery destination. Buyer will arrange with any
shipping company of his choice once it has office in Sierra Leone and
is registered with government for shipment of gold, which can pick up
the goods from here and deliver to his refinery.
We can assist and provide some good shipping company information that
has office here in Sierra Leone, and then allow the buyer to finalize
arrangement with them. Once the buyer agrees terms with term, then we
will commence the arrangement of the payment of the taxes and once we
finish i will send the documents copies and move the gold parcel to
the delivery company for shipment to the buyer' s refinery.
Seller representative will travel to witness the Assay process at
Buyer's refinery destination and ensure the full payment of the gold.
5. Payment Terms: Full payment will be remitted from Buyer bank to
seller's Bank Account within maximum 72 hours after delivery and assay
of the gold in Buyer's refinery.
6. Agreement Duration: 1-Years with Rolls and Extensions.
7. Commission: $1,000 per kg for buyer side and $1,000 per kg for seller side.
