Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Subject: URGENT RESPONDS FROM DIPLOMAT SMITH ADDO

Arrival of Consignment:
Los Angeles Airport United State.

Good day and hope you are doing quite well? Just as we have both discussed on the telephone
I am very much happy to finally arrived here into Los Angeles Airport with your two luggage/baggage from the origin country, Republic of Ghana

Having arrived safely and checked into the Diplomatic Baggage Claim and the officials of the Los Angeles Airports Revenue & Customs issued to me Non inspection permit which also certifying effective release of consignment immediately after execution of the Los Angeles Airports Authority regulated Bullion Van Duty Fee total $265.00usd Only.

The official directives indicated this Bullion van Fee should be paid before the consignment would be released for a smooth movement and carriage to your address in Los Angeles

However we are mandated to pay directly to origin country Ghana where consignment is coming from . Therefore advising you to arrange immediately the CUSTOM DUTY FEE above quoted and address sending by Money Gram or Western Union to the officer's name in charge, ACCRA-GHANA. You are advised to get in touch as soon as possible. This is very urgent for me to clear off your consignment from airport without further delay.

Thank you for understanding and awaits your swift response to this effect.

Best Regards,

DIPLOMAT SMITH ADDO
Envoy/Diplomat.
