I have received your message. I have paid for the delivery fee of your ATM Card therefore the only money you will pay them now to receive your ATM Card package successful in your door step is US$196.00 Dollars been their Security keeping fee so far,Note I could have paid the Security keeping fee but they said no in case of expire so please make sure you follow their instruction to enable them delivery your ATM Card address given to you.
Finally.Be aware that UPS Delivery Courier Company Benin doesn't know the content of the parcel,I registered it as package of African cloths. They don't know that it contain money for security reason to avoid them delaying with the package therefore don't let them know that your parcel contain money to avoid diverting to the wrong destination OK. All i want you to do now is to look for any means and get this $196.00 Dollar sent before this week runs out to avoid you lose your ATM Visa Card worth sum of $6.5Million USD to UPS custody in this final stage.
Although, i know you might not have it but look for where to borrow or loan it from and when you receive your ATM CARD at your doorstep tomorrow, you will pay back and remember if this ATM CARD leaves here on time, it will get to you earlier.
