your favor and we would like you to view the attach ATM Card closely to
avoid misconception between you and the bank. Meanwhile, your Secret Pin
Number would be giving out to you after payment of activation of your ATM Credit Card . The ATM Card Value is $26million USD Only.
You are
advised that a maximum withdrawal value of US$20,000.00 is permitted
