We received your mail, note there' s no complication on the process, as the bank in Dubai need you to open a NON-RESIDENT bank account with them, whereby if we move the consignment box here in our custody to them in Dubai, they will deposit in your account opened with them, there then they can transfer from your Non-Resident bank account with their bank and transfer to your account in Russia.
