I Guess you are doing great.
I'm very sorry that i could not reply your mail in time i was very busy in office with Hope Worldwide,
I
got some gifts and items from the organization, your thought just came
in my mind and I decided to send some to you as presents. Actually I do
not have need for some of these items so i felt they might be useful to
you. And also to register in your heart that I came first among your
friends.
I
sent the gift through a friend and also a Co_worker, Rev,Sister Theresa
Nelson As she went to Senegal yesterday for Hope Worldwide Aid support
to Senegal with her groups, Sisters of Our Lady of Christian Doctrine.
yesterday
after participating in a Church meeting we held here and I gave her the
gift package to deliver to you When she arrives there since you didn't
supply me with your postal address and I couldn't wait for you to do
that now because I am on my way to Haiti, Hope Worldwide Aid support to
Haiti.

to receive your gift package and you should send her your home Address

don't laugh at me when you receive the pack, I know it isn't much but I
sent it from my innermost heart and belief you gonna appreciate
everything inside the package because it is coming from a special friend
and in a special way.
I
know that you will be in need of this item in one way or the other. The
content of the pack are 2 Toshiba laptops computer, 1 i-phone, AN
ENVELOPE, Video Camera and some jewelries. I packed everything in a
medium carton and gave it to Rev,Sister Theresa Nelson to deliver it to you because she didn't travel with much luggage of her own when she was traveling.
Open
the pack of one of the laptop to bring out the envelop which I put
inside, it contains some of my recent photos and that of my family

trying to set up our tents in other to start work immediately,the weather
here is too hot and we have a lot of places to visit.
I have been able to make contact concerning the sending of the gift package

D.H.L Check the parcel and charge ($ 98,US Dollars ) which is about to dispatch
it to your contact address in your country . D.H.L is much more effective
and rapid.
The D.H.L will take 2-3 working days for the gift parcel to reach your home
address. I will advice that you send the postage money through any money

agency such as Money Gram or Western Union or Ria Transfer and forward

My
dear i want to inform you that this morning i was called by the courier
service(DHL) and they asked me if i was the sender of the parcel that
belongs to one ? i said yes, they told me that the
parcel did not later been posted this morning.I asked them why? they
told me that they've screened the parcel, and they discovered 14 items
in the parcel and one envelope,2laptops, video camera, wrist watch, neck
lace, i_ phone, perfumes and some other things, to my greatest surprise
they also found a Prepaid ATM Visa Card of £52,500 British Pounds
inside the envelope written in your name i was kinda surprised and i
thought i should ask, if you work for any Voluntary Organization over
there how come the Prepaid ATM Visa Card issue ? .
This
little note was also discovered in the envelope together with the
Prepaid ATM Visa Card . My dearest One, i want to took you by surprise
please cash this ATM Visa Card in any bank over there and use it to rent
an apartment, put it in order because i will be visiting you once am
back from Haiti, i will like to spend up to month's before i travel back
to UNITED KINGDOM,So that i will know if your country will be among the
47 countries Our Organization will be visiting by next year,and when
we are coming we will be coming in your name,and it will be office
register in your name, I promise to keep in contact once i get to Haiti
but if you could not receive any mail from me,just no that am busy and i
promise whenever am less busy i will check on you,and also try to

Anyway
The Prepaid ATM Visa Card was not registered under the Senegalese
ministry of Finance. And as a result of that we have to register the ATM
Visa Card with the ministry of Finance, the DHL is under law of Senegal
to declare all items with them to Customs,and the DHL discover the
Prepaid ATM Visa Card inside the envelope and they inform the customs
otherwise the Prepaid ATM Visa Card will be seized by customs. Even
right now DHL called me telling me that customs needs tax payment
receipt from me, which I know i did not pay such because am not away
that the envelope content a Prepaid ATM Visa Card and the directed me to
Ministry of Finance to know the cost of (VAT) of the £52,500 British
Pound which they said it is $480 and am totally confused at the moment,
send to me the (VAT) money so that I can pay it to the Ministry of
Finance immediately for me to get the (VAT)Certificate of this Prepaid
ATM Visa Card .
And
if this fee is not paid? they will withhold the parcel and charge me
for money laundry. So I tried my possible best to let the man understand
that I arrived all the way from UNITED KINGDOM with this parcel and
they are as gift not trafficking or money laundry like they've
claimed.My passport was seized from me and also your gift parcel.
So
we later came to a dialogue and he told me that he will help me to
secure the parcel because in this issue, many officers are not yet
involved in this issue, then if you would be fast enough to come up with
the sum of $480, ask by the customs,that he will help me to register
the Prepaid ATM Visa Card with the Senegalese Ministry of Finance. The
parcel will be in your country as soon as the Prepaid ATM Visa Card is
been registered.
Honestly
at this point i feel so bad, i pleaded with the D.H.L in order to sort
this sudden arose issue ,but they said it is the procedure of the
customs and they are doing their job.
Honestly i am confused and stressed up, weary and unhappy now,
I've
had enough of all that, Why Africa?? Please try all you could to see
that this money is been paid for them to release the parcel or ease they
will hold me for money laundry. I will drop here as i look forward to
hear from you soonest.

i find myself right now,
Dr Doreen Owen did not give me such information that there was a Prepaid ATM Visa Card in
the gift all in the name of taking you by surprise now she has course
problem for me,i have been communicating with her since but could not
get her through email,am finish and hopeless at the moment,i
do not no what next to do here in Africa,the worst part of it they are
with both your gift and the Prepaid ATM Visa Card,including my passport which they seized from me
And
if we take long in responding to there needs they will take me to
Senegal high court and charge me for trafficking or money laundry like
they've claimed. if we can not be able to get the VAT certificate form
the Ministry of Finance here in Senegal as soon
as possible,i do not no what else to do,i have even told them to have
the Prepaid ATM Visa Card to them self and free me,but they do not accept my request
because there is no other person who can cash this money in the whole
world apart from you because
yous,so please my dear try your best and send the money as you did

gift,but i believe by the grace of God everything will be in control.
As it stand now am totally confuse at

Morning greetings dear brother ,i am writing to let you know that i am so bothered here just because of my passport which is being held by the Authority of the country.I have written to your friend Dr Doreen Owen and she responded back to me pleading so much and being sorry.Though i know its not her intention but this is just to surprise you as she indicate and the money is for her up spending when she come over there in Zambia.Now the issue at hand is that she can't do nothing from where she is because its a remote village.This is what she told me and she was informed that it won't be easy to send money out from Haiti because the government of Haiti restricted sending money out from the country due to poor economy growth in the country.She wrote all that and pleaded with me with deep down her heart.The issue at hand now is im new here and i do not how best we can sort out this sudden arose issue.Please my dear brother ,i need you assistance in this regarding the money being requested to get the Vat Certificate from the Minister Of Finance.Kindly try your best please and seek for the money and send across so that i sought out the issue because if nothing is done.All this will be seized and i will be charge for money laundry.I rely on you now but i trust in God.Please your urgent assistance is required even to borrow,try your best and help me get out from this mess i found myself.I will wait for your urgent respond,God bless you and be with you always.
