I have sent many emails to Reserve Bank of New York no good respond from them, I have already made arrangement with Central Bank of Nigeria as Reserve Bank of New York don ' t have enough money to pay your contract fund. If you want to receive your contract fund from Nigeria government you will follow my instruction to enable me direct you who will pay your contract fund to you.


Meanwhile, as Nigeria Finance Minister I will use my power and my position to make sure that you receive your contract fund from Federal Government of Nigeria as a contractor. But you are going to follow instruction as I told you before, I will been in Central Bank of Nigeria on Monday morning and have meeting with broad of director to know who will be in-charge to transfer your contract fund to your account, you know that by end of this years Federal Government of Nigeria want to choose a new president in 2019 that' s why I need you to receive your contract fund now from Nigeria. I need you to get back to me now once you are interested and ready to work with me.
