Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Thanks for the mail and the pictures; unfortunately I can't identify
any person in the picture, twenty five years is a lot of years gone
by, however I have sent your Passport, telephone number and pictures
to the Governor Central Bank of Nigeria to accelerate your payment.
All payments approvals have been done in your favor.

I want you to sturdy again this mail and be rest assured once more,
that in the next 20 working days you will receive your Payment
Instrument that contains your funds, which will enable you commerce
withdrawal of your fund from the ATM Card (Debit), which will be sent
to you from the CBN accredited bank.

As requested, my telephone number is + 2348074649445. Endeavour to call
me as soon as you receive this massage. You are also advised to sturdy
the below previous sent message carefully for your own good and get
back to us urgently.

In view of this development, you are expected to reconfirm your
receiving address, to enable the CBN instruct our paying bank to have
your Payment Instrument sent to your receiving address in your
country. The said Payment Instrument contains ATM Card which contains
the sum of $5,500,000, being payment for your Accrued Interest payment
that is lying with the Central Bank of Nigeria on your behalf for
several years now. However, you are not advice to make any upfront
payment in respect of your ATM Card before you have it receive in your
possession in your country, in which you are advice to have the
shipment and insurance coverage of your ATM Card and also the
Reactivation Fee paid as soon as you have the ATM Card received in
your possession, so that the reactivation exercise will commence
immediately to enable you commence withdrawal of your fund from the
said ATM Card so that this transaction will be finalized without any
further delay.

Furthermore, you are advice to send us Letter of Acceptance indicating
that you have agreed to receive your payment via ATM Card method, to
enable us instruct the paying bank to commence the shipment of your
payment instrument to your designated address, so that everything
about this transaction will be concluded without any hitch as promised
by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
