Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Subject: Notice!

Dear Beneficiary,

I know you will be surprised to get my email. Apart from being surprised you may be hesitant to reply based on what is happening in the world of the INTERNET. One has to be very careful due to the amount of scammers that are out there looking to take advantage of innocent citizens.

However, I am not one of these people, and I' m very sorry to encroach into your privacy in this manner because we do not have any personal contact but I believe God Almighty has a way of bringing people together to achieve his purpose.

Anyways, am contacting you concerning your overdue unpaid contract payment which has been endorsed for onward transfer to your destination depending on your choice to receive your payment, meanwhile the board members concluded to deliver your payment via bank to bank wire transfer to make it easier for you within 24 hours.

Federal Reserve Board (FRB) will be willing to receive your full contact details on your response back to this message, so as to furnish you with the necessary details to transfer your unpaid contract payment sum of US$10,500,000.00 within 24 hours.

Considering the latest payment instruction we received few days ago from THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY OFFICE (GAO) and also from UNITED NATIONS (UN), you will not be required to pay for your Fund Ownership Certificate (FOC), but you must present valid and verifiable details of your payment to my office prior to the final release of your payment so as to indicate and assure that you are the rightful beneficiary to the funds in our custody!

Treat as urgent.

Best regards,

Mr. Jerome H. Powell

Chairman Federal Reserve Board (FRB)
