My name is Mr george crown, I work in a Bank here in Republic Du Benin. And I personally handles the transactions of Mr. Hamza Yaqoob who eventually died on the 6th of February 2013 from injuries he sustained in auto crash that happened around 2:30pm 5years ago.
Before his death, Mr. Hamza Yaqoob lived and work in Benin Republic and he was a Contractor with Benin Energy dept. He has the sum of ($11.2Million) in a fixed deposit account with the bank with no other beneficiary. Now i write to seek your consent to present you as a foreign partner to stand in as the next of kin to the late Mr. Hamza Yaqoob.
I am doing this business with you because according to the laws and constitution guiding this banking institution stated that after the expiration of 6years ,if no body comes for the claim of this fund, the fund will be channel into national treasury as unclaimed fund,

With all due respect sir, it is against our banking policy to withdraw any money from the deceased bank account until the next of kin perform his/her legal duty as beneficiary and next of kin before any money can be withdrawn or transfer out from the account.
Remember, it is the documents require that will give you the legal right to receive the fund as the beneficiary and next of kin and without obtaining the documents for the legalization of the funds in your name and favor the bank will not recognize you officially.
Therefore, to enable the bank commerce with the transfer, it is your responsibility to provide the legal documents to back up your claim as beneficiary and next of kin for the smooth transferring of the funds into your account.
So we are sorry your request can not be granted.
