In this case we will raise a Certified Bond which will be Cleared by the US FEDERAL RESERVE BANK and released to you through the Bank of New York, Mellon or other Banks in the UNITED STATES.

Under this present dispensation you will establish an Online Premium Investment Account with the approved releasing Bank in your favor, which will be credited with the due investment Loan amount and you will be provided with the necessary Banking coordinates and particulars to the account which will allow you Access and Conduct online transfers from the comfort of your Home or Office using your Computer or Phone from your new Online Premium Account with the Bank to any designated Bank account of your choice to finance our Joint Venture Project.

But for us to proceed further it is statutory that you will review our attached Draft Copy of our binding Loan Contract Agreement and if the terms and conditions are acceptable to you, we will expect you to Fill, Sign and Return the Contract Agreement, along with the attached Confidential Finance Application Form, for our immediate endorsement and approval after, which we will introduce you to our appointed Fund Portfolio Manager and US Fiduciary Agent who will coordinate and guide you in creating the an Online Investment Premium Account in your name with the approved Bank and as well provide you with all necessary Banking particulars that will enable you Access and Conduct Bank to Bank online transfers to any designated Bank Account of your choice anywhere in the World to enable you actualize our proposed project.

Kindly stand informed that our delegate will be traveling to meet with you to monitor our project and report back to us, the Investors on the progress of work, if this is acceptable to you kindly inform us and we will expect you to Fill, Sign and Return the Contract Agreement that I sent you previously.

Lastly we will need to reconfirm the total required investment amount for the completion of this project and the establishment of the said project at this point.

At this point I would request that you proceed to forward your project details and send us your Project Summaries and Plans of your proposed investment ventures via email attachment in PDF and WORD FORMAT for my review, consideration and acceptance. I would also like you to indicate the required investment amount and I would like to find out the extent, progress and investment finance that you have involved or invested so far on the said project and finally I would like to find out how soon you will like to receive the necessary investment finance for the said project.

We here state and assure you irrevocably of our Readiness, Wiliness and Ability to finance the proposed projects accordingly in a matter of days (Within 48 to 72 hours) as long as you are ready to comply with the terms and conditions of our agreement.

We will expect you to handle the entire affairs in the UNITED STATES with our appointed US Fiduciary Agent once the Certified Bond is cleared by the US Federal Reserve Bank.
