rather it was declared as personal effects to avoid interrogation.

that will complete delivery of the said package to you but that can
only take place as soon as the Delivery clearance documentation is
procured. As the beneficiary of the package it's mandatory that you
pay for the delivery clearance.

Note that the said package will be delivered to you via a private
courier service and the delivery tracking code will sent forwarded to
you as you you comply with all the necessary clearance as the
beneficiary.
