Alex Kamara: my success in getting those funds delivered under cooperation of a new partner from Dominican Republic

Hello, I am Miss Young. A scammer often fails in making his victim pay him money. But he does not give up if he thinks it is still possible to convince the victim. He could try a new scam with hidden millions or a big lottery winning. Another approach is a compensation letter where he promises the victim a big sum as compensation. The compensation money does not exist, - it is simply the start of a new scam. The letter below is an example of such a letter.

receive an email from me in the past regarding a business proposal
which we never concluded.

I am happy to inform you about my success in getting those funds
delivered under cooperation of a new partner from Dominican Republic.
Presently I'm in Dominican Republic for investment projects with my
own share of the total sum meanwhile, I didn't forget your past
efforts and attempts to assist me in delivery those funds despite that
it failed us some how. Now contact David Yobe E-Mail (
davidyobe41@gmail.com )

Ask the bank to send you the total cash check of $7,500, 000,dollars
which I kept for your compensation for all the past efforts and
attempt to assist me in this matter. I appreciated your collective
efforts at that time, so feel free and get in touch with my Mr.David
Yobe and instruct him where to send the ATM VISA CARD to you. do it
fast before the ATM VISA CARD EXPIRED.

Please do let me know immediately you receive it so that we can share
the joy after all the sufferings at that time. In the moment, I am
