Miss Young

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

THE SENATE

Federal Republic of Nigeria
National Assembly Complex
Abuja

Ref: SEN/FRN/CAFAD-HOC03G/019.

To: All Contractors to Federal Government of Nigeria

Dear Sir,

SENATE APPROVES PRESIDENTIAL REQUEST FOR CONFISCATION OF ALL UNCLAIMED
FUNDS IN CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA ON JAN 10ND 2019.

The Senate wish to transmit this message to you that following the
report received from Police Criminal Investigation Department, on the
above date and the request of the President, Commander In Chief of the
Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria, General Muhammdu Buhari on
the above subject matter, the Senate hereby confirms.

The Senate hereby invoke Order 112, Rule 329 and Section 112,
Subsections 11, 15, 19, 23 and 30, paragraph 09, (b, c & d) that any
contractor or beneficiary both within and outside Nigeria who fails to
abide by the Presidential Order and Central Bank of Nigeria rule, the
Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria hereby mandate the President
to indefinitely cancel such payment and return to the National
Treasury as unclaimed fund and also extradite such to Nigeria for
clarification on your contract execution in Nigeria.

I am particularly disturbed when this report came to me from the
Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria because I thought that this issue
has been settled and your fund transferred as directed by the
President but let me sound this note of warning that the Senate will
not be willing to hear the repeated excuses of your health, age,
hospitalized or whatever again because the transfer of your fund is
over due or be revoked as approval have been granted to the President.

Moreover, I want you to know that no matter how much you think that
you have spent in pursuit of your contract payment, you are not doing
anybody a favour, rather you are doing it for yourself and contractors
do it, they are still doing because no one gets money through a
platter of gold and for the sake of the on going probe by this
administration on contracts, be advise to follow the instructions,
conditions and directives of the Central Bank of Nigeria and get your
funds transferred as quickly as possible before March 29nd 2019.

However, we want you to note as we repeat that it will not in any way
be in the interest the Senate or any right thinking person to cancel
your contract payment which you have labored and suffered for over the
years and must have spent some amount of money to get paid, but if you
consider otherwise, Federal Government of Nigeria will have no option
than to cancel the payment for lack of compliance to the Presidential
Order.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. John Enoh Salomon,

Miss Young
