Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Education
I earned her Bachelor of Science in
Nursing degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in
1982. I received her Master of Science degree as a Clinical Trauma
Nurse Specialist from the University of Pittsburgh. I am a resident
graduate of the Army' s Command and General Staff College and the
Industrial College of the Armed Forces, where I earned a second Master
of Science degree in National Resource Strategy. Another military
assignments include Staff Nurse on a multi-service specialty ward, Staff
and Head Nurse of a Level III emergency department, Evans Army
Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado; Nurse Councillor, 1st
Recruiting Brigade (Northeast) with duty at Harrisburg and Pittsburgh
Recruiting Battalions; Head Nurse of a 22-bed emergency department,
Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Chief Nurse and
Hospital Commander of a 500-bed field hospital, 249th General Hospital,
Fort Gordon, Georgia; Assistant Branch Chief, Army Nurse Corps Branch,
The United States Total Army Personnel Command, Alexandria, Virginia;
Assistant Deputy for Healthcare Management Policy in the Office of the
Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower and Reserve Affairs),
Pentagon, Washington, D.C.; Deputy Commander for Nursing and Commander

Awards
My Recognition' s include being selected in
1993 by " The Great 100" as one of the top one hundred nurses in the
State of North Carolina. In the same year, I was also selected as
Fort Bragg' s Supervisor of the Year. She deployed to Haiti with the
Army ' s first Health Facility Assessment Team. In 1998, I co-authored a
chapter on training field hospitals that was published by the U.S. Army
Reserve Command Surgeon. Lieutenant General Horoho was honored on
December 3, 2001, by Time Life Publications for my actions at the
Pentagon on September 11, 2001. On September 14, 2002, I was among 15
nurses selected by the American Red Cross and Nursing Spectrum to
receive national recognition as a " Nurse Hero." In 2007, I honored
as a University of Pittsburgh Legacy Laureate. In April 2009, I was
selected as the USO' s " Woman of the Year," and in May 2009, I became
an affiliate faculty with Pacific Lutheran University School of Nursing,
Tacoma, Washington. In May 2010, the Uniformed Services University of
Health Sciences appointed me as Distinguished Professor in the Graduate
School of Nursing. In 2011, the University of North Carolina School of
Nursing selected her as the Alumna of the Year. On February 24, 2012,
I was recognized by the University of Pittsburgh as a Distinguished
Alumni Fellow. On March 2, 2012, I was honored with a FIRST medal by
the Veteran Women Igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship program. I was also a member of the Uniformed Services University Board of Regents.
Recently, LTG Horoho was awarded the Doctor of Public Service in
Nursing Honoris Course from the University of Pittsburgh.

Thanks for your reply my darling, how' s your health, the weather condition over there and everything around you? thank you very much for your reply, presently to be honest with you i will not have time with Skype because of my work and like i said to you before I' m here in Afghanistan for peace keeping mission, I really want to establish a long term relationship with you, maybe we can start as friend, as time goes on we can be lovers if God permit. it my wish to invest in your country. So please tell me how economic of your country is and what type of business that really moves there, so that i will know the area to invest on.How is the situation of things is over there regards to the economic standard and security? However, What do you do for a living to overcome economical expenses and to sustain your living and your family?

My dear, I will appreciate us being good friends in sincerity , honesty and trust although we just knew each other, we can share ideas and discuss about more issues as we talk more about ourselves, and as time goes on it may lead to something great for us in the future What do you say? Good Evening my beloved how are you and your health i hope fine ,my beloved we have good news i have just been informed by the security company that the diplomat will departing from Afghanistan tonight to arrive in Germany tomorrow morning before moving to your Country because the security company does not have a direct flight to your Country, My dear the diplomat will call you in Germany international airport after obtaining permit to move to your Country and also move around in your country, So he will call you in Germany for more direction and any other payment Honey this is a very good news for us and i want you to know that i have already paid money for the departing fee here in Afghanistan you are only to make money ready money for the clearance fee which (1,650 Euro) when the diplomat arrives in your country ,I mean my dear you have to pay money for the arrival of the diplomat for him not to have a problem with the Airport Authorities in Germany he will use the money to settle the custom and airport authorities so that they will not scan the box to know how much big money we have inside the box to enable him proceed to your home address without having any problem with anybody at the airport and after the the fund has being handed over to your hand you will first deduct the money you spent ,

My dear i want you to know that the diplomat is a very good man follows his instructions and do what ever he ask you to do and also remember that he does not have much days to spend in Germany because he has other works to attend to in other content of the nations thanks as i put all my hope on you for the success of this transaction as i wait to hear from you as soon as possible thanks .
