Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Dear Beneficiary
Sir,


This is to inform you that the Federal Republic of Nigeria with the office of the president and in conjunction with the approvals from Senate House and House of Representative. have concluded to settle all debts owed by Nigeria Govt with the beginning of 2018 as promised to USA President TRUMP and International communities. and UN and the world bank arrived Nigeria last week and held a meeting with finance minister Mrs Kemi Adosun ,and Central bank Governor Godwin E. and after the meeting with world bank and IMF with the above authorities .

Then President Trump invited Nigeria president Buhari to united state of American which he came back some few days ago he was invited by president Trump for certain issues to be resolved concerning debts owed to our foreign firms and individuals .

Therefore it is on this basis that we are authorized to communicate you on the development


The Government have mandated central bank of Nigeria (Apex_) to submit all payment documents of every foreign contractors or any form of money on their possession to newly inaugurated committee Debts Reconciliation committee board DRCB as set up by the Government mainly for this debts owed by the Government

The Debts reconciliation committee are authorized and empowered by the concerned authorities proper to carry out all investigations and findings on every contracts or fund that have not been paid to the owner while he /she has since completed the contract .
The committee should makes recommendation for payment after proper verification' s to that effect

The central bank is very glad to inform you this latest development on your side today and promise to comply to the payment guild lines

Further more for a long time ago a huge sum of money have been floating into our office system with out the owners coming forward or requesting for the payment or for a claim .
Due to this silent we are shocked , and we conclude that maybe you are not the true beneficiary
.
However we have been waiting for the owner to come forward to make for the claim or to provide details an account for immediate payment ,

But no headway then the Government decided to notify you of this fund at our department and if we confirm you as the true bonafide beneficiary of the fund in question .We shall process your payment documents and release the fund to you as soon as we hear from you in this regard

We hereby assuring you that, if you can reply us as required , this fund will be wire to your nominated bank account within 72 hrs through swift transfer, or by online banking method of payment .

I am Tony Dike of central bank of Nigeria with international remittance Operations dept . if you are willing to receive your fund we advise you with out delay to get us contacted to this office within shortest time and you need to contact Debts reconciliation committee board on this Email debtsreconcilationcommitteeboa@gmail.com to find out the position of your payment documents because they are in charge of all approval before central bank can pay to you

In any case we have already submitted them your documents for their investigations and to confirm from you if you are the rightful owner of the fund and if you are confirmed as true beneficiary of the fund it will take us 4 working days to conclude on the payment
