I was United States Ambassador to Mali from 2011 to 2014 and due to my
Doggedness in fighting Cyber Crime and modus i discharged my duty to
protect the interest and finances of foreigners in Mali, I was newly
appointed last week by President Donald Trump to help fight and

and direct Bank wire transfer tomorrow. Be informed that No check
issuance or cash consignment delivery that will work from Africa to
USA, Asia Or Europe! So you either choose certified ATM Debit Card

I must apologize for the inability of my predecessor Stuart Symington
Jr. who could not work hard to add any positive impact or value in
making sure foreigners fund and right is protected and guaranteed
which is the main reason he was removed from office. He could not even
report human right abuses, Terrorism, herdsmen attack,religious
persecution and other vices which is the main reason he was removed
because he is trying to play politics of Democrat and Republican
instead of working to better the life of his citizen.
You are hereby legally and highly instructed to quit dealing with any
other individual whatsoever, be it banks, diplomats, government
agencies and other financial bodies. What you need to do is to tell me
the means you want to receive your fund and how long you have been
expecting your fund. I believe that with our collective efforts, You
will be paid in any means you wish with little cost within 7 working
days.
I have started preliminary investigation and with the help of
International police and economic and financial crimes commission. I
will make sure your fund is released to you within the 7 working days.
What you need to do is to stop dealing with those who cannot get your
problem solved for a long time because if you keep dealing with them,
it will affect our operation here and thereby making you to loose your
fund. I want you to stop all your foreign transaction so that there
will be no challenges within this 7 days of your fund release.
We are using the United States Strength to reclaim what belongs to us
that has been in Africa for decades because we believe in unity, Peace
and Love.
