From the email you received from the UN Diplomatic courier Agent Mr.John Henry that you must have the consignment box KEYS before he delivers the consignment box to you. I was very shocked about this sudden request, then I called the UBA Banking logistics and packaging department manager to know why the consignment keys is separated, but he told me is for top security reasons to avoiding the courier agents tampered the contents of the consignments, as such has happened severally in the past.
Secondly, he told me that the UN Diplomatic courier Agent Mr. John Henry has to stop at New York City the Headquarters of UN Diplomatic Courier Services and Security Custody to safe-guard the consignment box before you get the consignment keys.
Then I consulted two different courier companies ( DHL and UPS ) courier delivery service, but according to the logistics manager he advised that I should send the KEY to you through DHL Express delivery so that it will go fast to ensure that it arrives to you within 24 hours.
The DHL Courier express charged $495 to get the KEY to you through express delivery, the UPS here charged only $510 but the delivery man said DHL, meanwhile i never want to send the key with the diplomat to avoid any tampering or stealing something inside the box, my original plan was to advise you to break the box when it arrives to you. I am very sorry for any inconveniences this may cause you.
As a matter of urgency I will advise you to try and send this DHL price for express delivery so that this man will complete the delivery to you since it is already in their headquarters in your country, i will be having a church program tomorrow but I will surely make out time to go and send the key tomorrow.
