Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

This is a payment notification of contract balance payment. This contract was awarded to ENGR. FREDRICK STEWART for the supplies of Pipelines and other accessories for the Turnaround Maintenance of the Three Refineries in Nigeria (Kaduna, Warri and Port Harcourt). The total contract amount is US$288 million with contract number NNPC/FGN/TAM/KWP-0920/16.

However, out of the total contract sum of US$288 million, the contractor received 70% (US$201.6 million) of the contract sum after signing the contract papers, this payment was made to him after all the contract document has been signed and verified, before he commenced execution of the contract.

The contract execution lasted for just 12 Months Period, and inspection was carried out by Project Monitoring/Inspection unit and was certified okay, which means he is eligible to receive his contract balance, but ENGR. FREDRICK STEWART relocated back to his country for Cancer Treatment last month before the approval of the Contract Balance. Engr. Fredrick Stewart Lawyer submitted a Power of Attorney and Authorization Letter instructing that we should release the Contract balance to you as his next of kin, stating that this is his last wish before leaving for his country.

The Federal Ministry of Finance has approved the 30% contract balance of US$86.4 million for payment to you as the Next of Kin to ENGR. FREDRICK STEWART and copies of the documents from ENGR. FREDRICK STEWART's Lawyer, together with the contract documents are attached to this e-mail as proof to this fund.

Meanwhile, copies of the above mentioned documents have been submitted to the the First Bank of Nigeria PLC with a formal application to release the contract balance sum of US$86.4 million to you as the legal beneficiary to receive this fund.

In view to the above, you are hereby requested back as you get back to us for more details and direction.
