We have been mailing you for over 4 months now without getting any response from you. Barrister Angus Alfred has been on our neck since to release the funds in his care which is not right, so the board decided to open an offshore account with our India branch in order to delay his actions on this matter.
We won't be able to keep him out for long if you do not act to convert the deposit certificate with your account which will change the ownership to your name, we request that you act now by opening the NRD account now to convert the deposit certificate.
