Katie Higgins a United States Blue angel military officer serving with the Army 1st Infantry Division, which is currently stationed in Tripoli Libya, I am among the 500 U.S. troops sent by President Trump to Libya to provide of military and training services to the Libyan military to limit and neutralize the spread of al Qaeda terrorist affiliates in the Middle East and North Africa.I am a 30 year old single lady from the United States, I love, understand and care, I look forward to making a nice friend, I will be happy to make mutual friends with you and I want you to know that distance, age, color, nationality, social class and religion will not be a barrier to our friendship, as long as trust and love are always applicable.I believe that you are doing well and that the atmosphere there in your country is very pleasant, the weather here in Libya is quite warm.

Thank you for your effort, after much stress, I finally made it but I cannot forget all the assistance you gave to me though you were not able to conclude the transaction due to monetary constraint.

I will be leaving for London tomorrow. For a new lease in life and I thought you deserve to be compensated for all your efforts.
