Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

Due to the large amount of money US$10.5 Million U.S dollars loaded on
this ATM VISA CARD, in other to avoid the Government probing or
involving you for money laundry, you must obtain a Fund Inward Payment
Clearance (FIPC) to satisfy you are not in any money laundry or drugs
deal. Therefore, you must obtain the (FIPC) Fund Inward Payment
Clearance today to avoid any hindrance when you go to cash up the
money in the bank.

We have made inquiries with Mrs. Maria Collins at the U.S Fund
Controllers Office about the Fund Inward Payment Clearance (FIPC) they
said it will cost you $50 only and this will be ready in the next 45
minutes after the $50 is received from you today. You should try and
send the $50 right now so that you can have your Fund Inward Payment
Clearance. As soon as its obtained i will send it to you on your email
you will have it then expect to receive your ATM VISA CARD by
