Management of BANK OF AFRICA & WESTERN UNION/MONEY GRAM have resolved
to cancel your transfer and credit it into the Government Treasury
account because you could not pay the transfer charge, which is US$50
only. In wise reasoning to this complaint, i decide to hear from you
first to know your reason for abandoning such amount of fund
(US$950,000.00) which is your rightful & legal fund just because of
transfer fee US$50 only.

The reason why I send this email to you is because it' s your right to
claim your fund and you still have this last chance to claim your fund
if only you can pay the required transfer fee of US$50 to enable me to
enforce your transfer for you at once.

receiving the processing fee from you according to the Central Bank of
West African States (CBWAS) regulatory policy:
