Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

We are writing to inform you that the Ministry of Finance has released the funds for your payment as per the agreement made. The funds have been credited to the designated bank account and are now available for disbursement through MT103 wire or online banking to be access by you as to eliminate fraud.

Please be advised to utilize the funds in accordance with the agreed budget and purpose for which it was released. Any deviation from the agreed plan must be approved by the Ministry of Finance in writing. Additionally, regular progress reports should be submitted to the Ministry as per the agreement.

In case of any discrepancy or questions regarding the release of funds, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We hope that this release of funds will help to bring your project/program to a successful conclusion.
