Does this mean that they confirmed it, or not ???

On top of this, we have another problem. The bank wants me to pay some fee up-front. This is ridiculous. The normal procedure would be that the bank simply deducts the fee, before they transfer the fund to my church. My church is in a critical financial position at the moment. We have just renovated the church, and that became much more expensive than planned, because the ceiling was in a very bad condition.

I hope you can help us with these problems.

After my trouble with understanding Mrs. Joy, I decided to call her in the bank (Tel. 221 46 41). Unfortunately this was a fiasko as well, because the bank told me that mrs Joy did not work with remittance any more, and I could not get in touch with Mr. kodjo Sayer or MR MADUAKOLAM EMEKA either.

So I dont know who to turn to in the bank. Maybe we should transfer your fund through another bank?

I dont know how many BTCI-banks you have in your country, but the one I called could not connect me to any of the 3 employess I know the names of.

Further to the fee. I have already told you that we have just renovated our church, and because this was much more expensive than planned, we are in no position to pay that fee. I suggest that you tell the bank that they withdraw their fee from the fund, before they transfer the rest to my church. In your email from the 17th you promised to solve this problem.
