My late husband acquired a considerable sum of money through his resourcefulness and effectiveness through the duration of his stay in Oman and his share of the family inheritance, These monies are currently lodged in a finance institution in Europe. I am desperately in need of your assistance and guidance in the dispatch of these monies for the sole purpose of ameliorating the suffering of thousands of sick, poor and down trodden individuals ecumenically.

I was recently diagnosed with cancer of the lungs and the doctors have made it absolutely lucid that this disease is terminal. After reading the letter, I think that there is something fishy about her story. The story appears to be written by at least two people. One of them uses words like "serendipitous" and "ameliorating", and the other uses words and expressions like "monies", "outstations" and "I am in the know". They also skipped geography-class in school. The "Royal Victoria Hospital" is not located in London, but in Belfast, North Ireland.

He hasn't been listening very well in school. Somebody must have told him that it is colder in Belfast than in Nigeria, but he has never heard of central heating !

What is going on? I trusted you, and you just abandoned me here in Manchester!

My connecting fligth in Dublin had trouble, so I had to rebook, and I arrived in Manchester around 23PM. I tried to contact William from Dublin by phone and e-mail, without succes.

When I arrived in Manchester there was no William, and I had to find a Hotel by myself. I am staying on Radisson Edwardian Hotel, tel +44 161 835 xxxx.

I haven't heard for the socalled doctor either, and from the tone in your e-mail, Caroline, you make it sound as if your hospital is just around the corner from Manchester, while your e-mails are sent from Nigeria.

I am beginning to have big doubts about this project, because you neglected my questions about the existance of the money. I haven't been able to confirm the existance of the Transworld company either.

Unless you contact me very soon, I will be returning home, in order not to spend more of the churchs money than I already have done.

My doctor called the hotel number you provided and you were not there.You should send the correct details of your hotel.the name which you used in checking in to the hotel and your room number.This will enable Mr Moore meet with you.
