bank manager here that is my late husband's
friend and after telling him my
plans. He advised me that
the only way that it can be possible is if I can

foriegner that is trust worthy that I can use his name to
open up
an account here because foriegners are allowed to
transfer money out from
Iraq beign reason that the economic
conditions here does not suit them.

I never heard from her again.
All her emails were sent from Nigeria. The Iraq story was just a cover story, to get my sympathy (and my money eventually). |
