this e-mail inclouds info on things i've contct with them for over 1 months. and with the web site you have i have been reading though i begin to feel that what i have is a scam too! so would it be possable for you to help me out to see if it is ?? i am so lost and confuse on what is right and what is wrong and i do not want to wast anymore time and money on this so please give me a hand and check this out!

this Mr.Willams is some one that is trying to help us on the T-shirts in Nigeria and i've got so many things from them this is just one of the e-mail i have ! so please give me a hand on it it would be a great help!!

1) Letter of introduction of your company name and address to Contract Awarding Committee Board Federal Ministry of Health Nigeria.

2) Certificate of incorporation or registration of your company name and address

3) 2yrs income tax receipt of your company

4) Your proforma invoice for the 1 Million PIECES OF T-SHIRT with your company full banking information's where your contract fund will be transferred before production and shippment.

5) Samples is needed for quality verification by the ministry officials

6) The delivery period is 1 year upon receipt of the contract fund, and partial shippment is acceptable.

As soon as above requirement is meet I will go for submission of your tender for the contract deliberation in the favor of your firm as was promised by the chairman.

Note, you are advise to send the document to me through email attachment to enable me print it out and submit in the office of the chairman without further delay, and send the samples to my below office address.

I just arrived at the office from Abuja, and our receptionist told me that you call not less than 30 minutes ago, I decide to call you to let know am back. Actually the contract signing was cancel as a result of low mobilization fee that your company provided which is $1,500.00 instead of $3,750.00 as we estimated to complete all the necessary formalities in signing your contract paper and released your contract fund into your bank account in Taiwan. My flight gets to Abuja, by 2.30 pm and I rushed to the Ministry of Justice of Nigeria, to legalize the power of attorney issue by your company which will empower us to sign your contract papers. After legalizing the power of attorney and also pay for the stamp duties I was left with nothing to complete other formalities such as swear of Affidavits and Oath which is prerequisite, and caused the attorney General supreme court of Nigeria, to cancel the contract signing as I was not prepare.

It is a matter of embarrassments to my person when asked to fulfill other obligation which is (Affidavits and Oath) in the present of vice president of Nigeria, and Attorney General supreme court of Nigeria, and I was not prepared and which they assume that your company was not capable to handling this contract and also cancel the contract signing yesterday. After pleading on your company behalf they only gave us a grace of two working days to fulfill the other formalities (Affidavits and Oath) and get your papers sign and also transfer your contract fund.
