	Hi Jacob, I can confirm that it IS a scam. The lottery does not exist. The emails were sent from free email accounts. The telephone, +447..., is a personal phone number. It means that all calls are forwarded to another phone, probably somewhere in West Africa. Please stop all further contact with these criminals, and when you receive similar emails in the future, please ignore them. If you want to try to get your money back, you have to contact the police.

Today I received a call from a local number where I reside in Dubai. She said she is the lottery agent and she wants me to come and meet her at the Dubai airport to collect the rize amount in cash and where I need to carry the certificate and my passport copy along with 2500USD which I need to pay to the clearing agent at the airport to claim my prize money. She said my prize money is come and that this amount of 2500USd i have to pay it to the airpot clearing agent. Please help me what I should do should I contact the local police or should i go and meet her at the airport. If there is something like prize money how is denomination in which they send the cash prize. What should I do. Should I hand over the number and the name of the female to the local police. 	I warned Jacob. These people are criminals, so I don't think you should meet them face-to-face, carrying a big amount of cash, and your passport. It is much too dangerous. I asked him to inform the police.
