1.1 This Code applies to CSL Group Inc. and its subsidiaries and references in this Code to the "Company" or "CSL" means CSL Group Inc. and its subsidiaries.
1.2 The Company's objective is to engage efficiently and responsibly in shipping and other selected businesses. The Company seeks a high standard of performance and aims to maintain a long-term, profitable position in all of its competitive environments.
1.3 In all of CSL's operations, it is important to adopt approaches to the process of doing business in order to meet the objective set out in paragraph 1.2. CSL demands and maintains high standards in carrying out its business activities.
1.4 The Company recognizes its responsibilities to and respect for the global ecosystem of which it and its business is a part, including its customers, its employees, those with whom the Company does business, the wider community, and the environment.
1.5 The Company's reputation for integrity is one of its most important assets. Accordingly, maintaining a high level of integrity and trust with its customers, employees, those with whom CSL does business, and the wider community is the obligation of every CSL director, officer, and employee.
1.6 Although laws may and do differ from country to country, matters of CSL's business integrity transcend national boundaries.
Customers
2.1 CSL believes that integrity in dealings with customers is a prerequisite for a successful and sustained business relationship. This principle governs all aspects of its approach to its customers.
2.2 CSL undertakes to win and to maintain customers by developing and providing shipping and other services that excel in terms of price, performance, quality and safety, which services are supported by the requisite technological, environmental and commercial expertise. Anticipating and responding to customers' needs is the driving force behind CSL.
2.3 No employee or agent of CSL may give or receive money, any inappropriate gift or excessive entertainment to or from a customer or a government employee that may be construed as being intended as a bribe or which may result in either the appearance of or an actual conflict of interest.
2.4 CSL shall maintain the confidentiality of all relevant customer information.
Employees
3.1 CSL endeavours at all times to treat every employee, regardless of level or circumstance, with dignity and respect.
3.2 With respect to its employees, CSL will endeavour at all times to respect human rights, to provide fair and competitive employment terms, to promote equal opportunity employment, and to treat employees fairly and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3.3 CSL will seek to provide a clean, healthy and safe work environment in line with leading industry practices, and to our on board crew staff’s with the Tourist customers in our on live boat’s.
3.4 CSL employees have a duty to take every reasonable precaution to avoid injury to themselves, their colleagues and members of the public.
3.5 CSL employees have a duty to avoid situations where their personal interests conflict or might conflict with their duties to the Company.
3.6 CSL has an established policy with respect to sexual harassment and will not tolerate any sexual harassment of its employees.
3.7 All dealings between CSL employees and public officials will be conducted in a manner that will not compromise the integrity or reputation of either the public officials or CSL. All employees, in addition to observing laws applicable to them and the Company, are expected to uphold the ethical standards of the Company even if those standards are higher or more stringent than local standards.
The Environment.
Compliance
All CSL officers, directors and employees must strictly adhere to the provisions of this Code. All CSL officers, directors and employees have an obligation to report violations of this Code to the President/Chief Executive Officer of CSL or to CSL's General Counsel. All communications regarding violations will be kept confidential, unless otherwise required by law, and may be made without concern of retribution. CSL’s President/Chief Executive Officer is responsible for initiating and supervising the investigation of all reports of breaches of this Code and the
Results of such investigations shall be reported to the Board of Directors of CSL.

The Canadian Steam Tourist Boat Company Is one of the oldest Canada ship line, looking for Steam boaters to work aboard an authentic steam powered paddle wheeler. Join the crew of the legendary Steam Line Montreal Qb®, the magnificent Mississippi Queen®, or the grand American Steam Queen® as they cruise the nation’s heartland rivers!
We offer full-time employment aboard our vessels (not limited contracts like most cruise lines). Selected candidates will work a schedule of six weeks on our vessels, followed by a well deserved two-weeks off. Crewmembers work an average of (Ten to Twelve Hours a Day, Seven Days a Week) Room and Board are provided and depending on the position, some uniforms may by provide. Relocation is not necessary, as the company provides most of the transportation cost to and from the Boat’s.

ABOUT AGE.
You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must also have the ability to work well under pressure, have the stamina to work long hours, maintain a friendly, outgoing manner with your customers and be adaptable to vessel life. As a condition of employment, crewmembers are subject to a pre-employment drug screen; United States & Canadian Coast Guard regulated physical and an extensive criminal background check.
Positions in the dining room, cocktail lounges and passenger areas, account for many jobs onboard with our live boat’s also the ships involve in constant passenger service opportunities. For those with culinary skills, our passengers and crew galleys offer a variety of kitchen jobs. Navigation and Engineering positions are also available. Space is a precious commodity on any Csl boat, and your cabin will be on with its necessity be small, with just enough space for two beds and a small dresser. Crew cabins are shared between two persons, dormitory style. The company will provide your sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths, shower curtain, soap and toilet paper. Washers and dryers are provided to do your laundry.
In consideration of your roommate and other crewmembers, you will be expected to do your share to keep your room and common areas neat and clean. Some crew quarters have private baths; others are shared dormitory style. Periodic inspections of your room and locker are to be expected, sometimes unannounced.
FEEDING ITEM’S
Good, wholesome, well-balanced meals are served cafeteria style three times a day in the crew mess. Food is also available at midnight for the changing watches, and coffee, milk, soft drinks, ice cream and desserts are available anytime.
The onboard Human Resources Coordinator coordinates a variety of social and sport activities for crewmembers & Tourist onboard too. Mail may be received and sent on the vessels, phone calls can be made, and money orders are available onboard to help you conduct your personal business. Medical care for emergencies is also available.
ABOUT PAYMENT.
Payday is every other week.
You will be able to cash your paycheck onboard, or arrange for direct deposit. And because the Company provides your meals, lodging, and most onboard necessities, you should be able to save a good part of your money!
