I told Thuan that it was a scam. The canadian address belongs to "Tiffany's Restaurant & Tavern".

Thuan sent me some documents he had received from them. You can see them below. They contained email addresses and the name of a website. The contact email addresses are free email accounts. Some of the text on their (now closed) fake website, http://www.gcss.us/, was stolen from the (legitimate) website http://www.globalshipservices.com/GSWeb/gssmain.html.

I advised Thuan to keep away from these scammers.
