Hi there Miss Young,
I am glad to see your website about the internet fraud because I just
recieved similar emails. I asked the scammer many questions andl I also gave
false personal details to him.
Here I attached the email conversations, please have a look.
It was so funny because I sent him some chinese tests to translate(because
he told me he is from hong kong). and after that, he started to ignore me.
He also thought I put his name and emails in the list of anti-fraud websites
but I didn't (his email and name was listed there when I checked).

I actually got your email from my country's commerce center after casting
lots on whom to assist me in handling this business. The lot actaully fell
on you , this is how I contacted you to assist me.
Let me start by introducing myself. I am Mr Fung Hau Chung , Deputy General
Manager and Head of Investment and Insurance of the Hang Seng Bank, Hong
Kong.
Before the U.S and Iraqi war, our client Muhannad Al-Hakim, Former Iraqi
Oil Minister made a numbered fixed deposit of (346,736,899.68 HKD) for 18
calendar months, this is valued to Forty Four million Five Hundred Thousand
United State Dollars only in my branch. Upon maturity several notice was
sent to him, even during the war, three years ago (2003). Again after the
war another notification was sent and still no response came from him. We
later found out that Muhannad Al-Hakim and his family had been killed
during the war in a bomb blast that hit his home at Mukaradeeb where his
personal oil well was.

After further investigation it was also discovered that Muhannad Al-Hakim
did not declare any next of kin in his official papers including the paper
work of his bank deposit. And he also confided in me the last time he was
at my office that no one except me knew of his deposit in my bank. So,
Forty Four million Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars is still
lying in my bank and no one will ever come forward to claim it. What
bothers me most is that according to the to the laws of my country at the
expiration of Five years the funds will revert to the ownership of the Hong
Kong Government if nobody applies to claim the funds.
Against this backdrop, we still have about two more months left for someone
to come up and claim the next of kin to this fund. My suggestion to you is
that I will like you as a foreigner to stand as the next of kin to Muhannad
Al-Hakim so that you will be able to receive his funds and for the money be
pulled out from my bank and out from my country.
WHAT IS TO BE DONE:
I want you to know that I have had everything planned out so that we shall
come out successful. I have contacted an attorney that will prepare the

truth and that I can trust you as well. I had to find out about your
informations myself to be sure of whom you will tell me that you are . I
know you are in the u.k. and you have a mobile number :0191770..... with
five numbers I am withholding . I think this will tell you that i have a
clue if this is whom I picked on. But I have to be sure that you are whom
you say you are. Like I told you in my other email I will need you to send
me a copy of any form your identification (Driver's licence or

The race does not really matter in being the next of kin to my late client.
