Hello, I am Miss Young. I received the following email. It is a socalled "Advance Fee Fraud" letter, where I am promised millions for my assistance. These stories are all lies, and if I respond, sooner or later I will be asked to pay a fee. If I pay, another fee will quickly come up, and it will continue that way until I give up or run out of money. I will never see the millions, because they never existed.

In close consultation with the World Bank, IMF and the European Union (EU), this is to notify you of your enlistment as a beneficiary of a recent Debt Management and Settlement Forum organized on the status of global arrangement to have your beneficiary fund settled once and for all. Already, a total amount of US$500 Million has been provided to the bank for this purpose and it is on first come first serve. With this arrangement, I wish to inform you that Afribank Nigeria Plc has been instructed to issue in your name an ATM Cash Card with the valued amount of US$8.3M.
