I will like you to write to the bank by yourself and see if they could deduct the fee from the deposit which I have done through calling Dr Carter this morning on his personal cell phone, before writing you now but he said that they cannot do this because they don't have the permission to do that unless they have the legal document before they could do this.he said this is an inheritance fund under fixed deposit,he also said this money will only be released to my guardian or my guardian having access to this money unless some documents are been gotten in your name from the ministry of Justice.I am so confused and I feel like crying but he promised that he has assured you that as soon as this documents are gotten,he will make this transfer under 72hrs because of my conditions,sister I do not know what to do,please try your very best And I will appreciate if this is conmpleted this week or next week to enable me start preparing for my travelling documents.My sister am begging you to help me out of this bad conditions and pains all over me.
