  Dear Sir,
  I just want to inform you that me and my mother went to
the high court of justice today to enquire about the cost of
the change of ownership certificate.
  From what we gathered from the court clerk,the certificate
will cost us 2,050.00euros.
 
  The problem now is that we don't have that kind of
money.We have spent almost all the money we have with us to
make sure the box( $11.2 MILLION DOLLARS.)
  leave Africa to Paris France.The only money we can boost
of now is 800.00euros.What we really need now is 1,250.00euros.
  Sir,i will like you to assist us with the balance
1,250.00euros to enable us to obtain the change of ownership
certificate from the high court of justice.
  Me and my mother have decided to give you a negotiable
amount of percentage from the $11.2million.Just tell us what
percentage you will want to take from the total money.
  Sir,we don't want the box to spend long time at the Paris
international airport,the diplomat that is with the box in
Paris is asking us when is our foreign partner coming to
claim the box.

  These are the documents that was issued to my late father
from the security company were he deposited the money in Ghana.
  The problem now is the change of ownership certificate
that must be obtain from the high court of justice Ghana.
  Please help us so that you can receive the box from the
diplomat in Paris France.
