"the document you sent to my honorable office is a total irrelevant" Charles

Hello, I am Miss Young. I received this story from a friend. Let me call him Bing.

If you received a similar email, you should go to the homepage to read more about 419 fraud.

I am forwarding to you a few emails that I have received from Mr Soludo
I knew immediately upon his 1st phone call that this was a scam when he kept hanging up on me when I would ask a question that he could not answer immediately and I could hear someone in the background prompting him - he would hang up and then call me back -
He must have called me at least 15 times in one day -
I am trying to run his phone bill up -
maybe if we all get him on the phone and talk for an hour and make him call back 10 or more times - he will run out of money

I love the site that he has made for himself -
seems very legit - until you really look at it and
it only took me 2 min to see that this was a fake site
but he is still calling me trying to convince me that he is the real thing and that everyone else is a SCAMMER

Bing

will send some of the emails seperately

TO YOUR ATTENTION:  MR. Bing

It's with immense pleasure that I acknowledge the content of your correspondence to this honorable office which was well received, however I am deeply sorry for the bad communication we had earlier today via the telephone which proved abortive. I deem necessary to proceed with introduction of personal eminence, I am Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo CFR (Chairman Board of Directors) Governor Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) the announcement of your information valid for processing of your inheritance funds lodged in the Central Bank of Nigeria pecuniary vault was made Yesterday from the Electronic Programming System of the CBN, hence I deem necessary to open communication with you via telephone.

Meanwhile, the CBN from its statutory obligatory, have had your personal information examined, haven't clearly proven beyond reasonable doubt by the Electronic Programming System Department of the CBN, it was also previewed by the Executive Board of Directors of CBN and have been declared valid for the bank to commence the release of the funds to your favor. The board has deemed necessary to leave no stone unturned for the immediate release of your inheritance payment to be a success. After Extensive close door meeting of the Board of Directors and other Stake holders in the Government, Subcommittees of the House of Assembly and the House of Representative Federal Republic of Nigeria. It is from the above mentioned point of view that the bank have resolved and agreed upon the release of your inheritance Fund on a special method of payment from the two options the Central Bank of Nigeria handles its foreign transactions.

THE NUMBER ONE OPTION WHICH IS THE INTERNATIONAL IRREVOCABLE CERTIFIED BANK DRAFT METHOD OF PAYMENT: - This option of payment allows you to have your inheritance payment released to you on international irrevocable certified bank draft worldwide accepted by all financial sectors and is cash confirmable under 48hours after first deposit. Having known fully well that the Central Bank of Nigeria CBN dose not administer a courier company business services, the bank will have you contact the official presidential diplomatic courier company assigned by the Federal Government of Nigeria for overseas financial transaction delivery for your discussion with them on the delivery tariff to your location and requirements needed to perfect the transaction. Have one thing clear at the back of your mind that you are legally responsible for the charges of the delivery of your international irrevocable certified bank draft to your location.

THE NUMBER TWO OPTION IS THE WORLDWIDE INTER-SWITCH ANY TIME MONEY AKA (ATM) CARD METHOD OF PAYMENT: - this option of payment allows you access to your inheritance funds lodged in the pecuniary vault of the bank Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Worldwide Inter-Switch Any Time Money Card which is officially known as ATM CARD, this ATM card can be used in any ATM card machine any where in the world. Henceforth I must draw to your hearing and understanding that is of the bank terms and policy that before the ATM CARD will leave the shores of Nigeria it must be insured by the assigned Insurance Company know is INCO INSURANCE COMPANY PLC here in Nigeria before handing it over to the FedEx Courier company for and you are liable to the charges to make this processes a success.

THIRD OPTION IS ELECTRONIC TELEX TELEGRAPHIC WIRE TRANSFER REMITTANCE. This option of payment allows you to have your inheritance funds released to you via electronic wire transfer universally known as bank to bank transfer direct from the CBN pecuniary vault. Its advisable to all clients of this financial sector who wants to operate this method of payment with the bank, that a Transit Deposit Domiciliary Account have to be opened and activated on your name for the transfer programming of your inheritance funds to your account in your country to commence within 12hours after the crediting of the transit account opened with us on your name.

Finally the Transit Deposit Domiciliary Account have to be activated for it to be able to carriage a larger amount of money in it for transfer to your account anywhere across the glob, but you are legally responsible for the charges to have this option of payment successfully meeting with the release of your inheritances funds. Hence I deem necessary to enlighten you that Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as Financial Pecuniary Vault, holds no account unlike the commercial bank holds accounts for customers because the (CBN) is charged with the Minting/Printing of the Federal Currency of Nigeria, Maintenance of Nigeria's external reserves and safeguard the international value of the legal currency. The bank is also charged with the Promotions and maintenance of monetary stability and a sound and efficient financial system in Nigeria , as banker and financial adviser to the Federal Government and lender of last resort to banks. Therefore the CBN only hold accounts for other lender of last resort to banks of a particular country thereby making airways of becoming the best central bank of the world.

Finally to all beneficiary of the Central Bank of Nigeria CBN is advisable that you are acquaintances with the fact that from any of the above options of payment you are legally liable to the cost, charges or tariffs that will be required to have your inheritance funds processed on the method of payment you deem fit to have your funds released to you from any of the above.

The bank wish you all the best as you make your choice of payment and we hope you live to expectation of the bank not violating the terms and policy of this financial institution.

We expect your immediate response as soon as possible, thank you once again and God bless us.

Thank you very much.

TO YOUR ATTENTION:  MR. Bing

Sequel to our telephone communication yesterday and the authentication of the option of payment to be processed your overdue contract payment funds release from the pecuniary vault of the Central Bank of Nigeria CBN, our next action on the processing of these funds clearly direct us to the changing of NAME of the original contractor {ELBLAN IND.S.A. LUXEMBOURG} which still reflects in the fund Blue Print papers here in CBN. You need to effect the changes in the fund Blue Print papers with your own NAME or your company NAME at the co-operate affairs commission as the sole beneficiary to the fund and once that is done, the fund will be certified for crediting to you.

After the changes has been effected the co-operate affairs commission will deliver a copy of the fund Blue Print papers to CBN and a copy to your bank before the fund will be lodged into a temporary account known as Transit Designated Domiciliary Account (TDDA) which you will be required to open with CBN, meanwhile at this very important stage of your transaction with the CBN your determination, loyalty and perseverance will be urged to be bestow on your contract payment claims.

Hence I deem necessary to enlighten you on the core values of the bank, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as Financial Pecuniary Vault, holds no account unlike the commercial bank holds accounts for customers because the (CBN) is charged with the Minting/Printing of the Federal Currency of Nigeria, Maintenance of Nigeria's external reserves and safeguard the international value of the legal currency. The bank is also charged with the Promotions and maintenance of monetary stability and a sound and efficient financial system in Nigeria, as banker and financial adviser to the Federal Government and lender of last resort to banks. Therefore the CBN only hold accounts for other lender of last resort to banks of a particular country thereby making airways of becoming the best central bank of the world.

I will refer you to the commission for the changes of name on your blue print certificate, however I crave your indulgence to the fact that superiors officials of the Federal Government of Nigeria have been rolling your fund with International Trade & Exchange Market and the interest is shared amongst the officials without the knowledge of the office of Mr. President and the international financial bodies behind the protest of the release of all overdue contract payment with the Nigeria Government. So I would advise that you be confidential of your dealings

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: I need you to send to me a copy of your COMPANY CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION, which was issued to you by Cooperate Affairs Commission, because the Certificate is what you will submit to the co-operate affairs commission before the changes will be effected.

If you do not have or cannot find the Certificate again due to the long period the transfer has suffered, then just send me your company Name, Address and every information you have regarding the claim and also with a copy of your passport and I will obtain a new Certificate of Registration on your behalf. That will cost not less than US$3,735.00 Dollars in other to achieve your goal.

Thank you very much.

Yours Sincerely

CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA LAGOS STATE,LAGOS BRANCH
TINUBU SQARE, LAGOS NIGERIA.
P.M.B. 12194, LAGOS,

TO YOUR ATTENTION:  MR. Bing

This is to inform you that today been October 1, 2007 is the independence day of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the great nation Nigeria is celebrating its 47th Year of sovereignty as a self dependent country with over 6billion human population. Have it at the back of your mind that the governor's office is not suppose to be in communication with anybody know matter who you are today, but the reason that have lead me to open communication with you via E-mail and telephone is because of the content of your mail which was very awful, how can you expect a world standard financial institution to commence on funds transfer without a formal process been embarked on and all you expect is the confirmation of funds transfer in your account with the irrelevant document which you sent to my attention.

Please note carefully that the document you sent to my honorable office is a total irrelevant is of no help to what the Cooperation Affair Commission needs to make a change of name on your blue prints telex slip which will guarantee the transfer to you account. I must inform you that we have not entered into any phases of this funds transfer proceeding because there are more that needs to be done before we talk about the transfer to your account.

THE FOLLOWING ARE ALL THE PHASES THAT WE NEED TO ENCOUNTER SUCCESSFULLY TO ARCHIVE OUR GOAL.

I.                    Procuring of {COMPANY CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION} from the Federal High Court by my attorney on your behalf and submitting to Co-operate Affairs Commission for recognitions of your company.
II.                Changing of NAME of the original contractor {ELBLAN IND.S.A. LUXEMBOURG} at Co-operate Affairs Commission on fund Blue Print telex documentation.
III.              Opening temporary account known as Transit Designated Domiciliary Account (TDDA) for deposit of the contract payment funds in the CBN pecuniary vault for the electronic telex telegraphic wire transfer to your account in the states.
IV.              Embarking on documentation renewals and reproduction due to overdue dates and inappropriate endorsements due to several replacements of minister in various superior ministries and offices involved in this transaction.
V.                Sending of these vital and essential documentations to your perusal for endorsement of the various once that needs to be endorsed and sent back to the CBN.
VI.              The electronic transfer to your account from the TDDA and the shorting down of the TDDA because the core values of the CBN prohibits holding of account unlike the commercial bank holds accounts for customers because the (CBN) is charged with the Minting/Printing of the Federal Currency of Nigeria, Maintenance of Nigeria's external reserves and safeguard the international value of the legal currency. Promotions and maintenance of monetary stability and a sound and efficient financial system in Nigeria , banker and financial adviser to the Federal Government and lender of last resort to banks.

These are phases not touched yet, therefore if you intend to archive your goal in the claims of your contract payment funds, then you have to concentrate on instructions to you from my office and ensure that you discharge them correctly as instructed, then I guarantee you 100% free hitch and successful conclusion of a transaction of great magnitude as this that we are handling.

If you have to archive the success destined for you in your communication with my office you need to abstain from visiting of one place to the other looking for effort that will jeopardize the future of your contract payment because they will definitely be of no good to your transaction rather the advices you will receive will kill the spirit of success that is behind the process of the release of your contract payment funds.

My advice to you is to believe on what you believe and forget about what people believes because the words that comes out of the mouth of men are like venom from dangerous snakes and the common name for it is killer of destiny, for the fact that scam dose exist dose not mean that your transaction is scam, please I advice you to be still, be brave and watch because you are yet to see actions on international transaction taking there effects.

Thank you very much.

Yours Sincerely
