They sent us wining certificate, and they said that we will receive our wining fund if we pay tax fee of 1400$. I didn't pay the money because I think that it is some kind of fraud. We would like to ask you if you could check it and say to us is it fraud or realy win. In attach file we are sending you e-mail which we have received from them. 	Jovan realized that it was a scam, and stopped all further contact with the scammers. Maybe one day he will win in a real lottery ;-)
