You are to read careful and follow every instruction. There is a file that contains our program brochure for this year program on the other mail. You will need to download for it. You will be instructed by the registrar to form a group of 5-10 person to enable you partake in this program as each file code is designed for 5-10 applicants from this country. There after you are to forward your group data to the registrar again through the same e-mail address.The information to be forwarded to for your file codes are as follows: a) Names and international passport numbers of your group members. b)Name , dates of birth, scanned passport size photographs of members in your group that are without international passports. The UN emergency travelling certificate shall be processed for them with the forwarded requirements c) Name of your resident country. d) Name of your chosen country for this program. You will have to choose from United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Germany where you want your employment and housing resettlement.This is not individual choice making.The group have to choose one country. e) Your group contacts
telephone and fax numbers if available With the above requirements at the registrar's e-mail reception, a file code will be issued and forwarded to you. Thereafter, your application will have to join the application queue waiting for approval by the approval panel by forwarding your group data once again that will only comprises of names,passport numbers and dates of birth of those without international passports along with your e-mail address and the issued file code number by fax through this number +1-623-433-0845. You shall be notified from the head office by e-mail or by fax with a copy of your group's approval certificate, if your group's application is considered. On the same mail, you shall receive HSWF program application form and the visa application forms from the Immigration lawyer assigned for the processing of visas for applicants that requires entry visas to their chosen host country .You shall be advised with the method of payment for
the onward processing of your application and documents.But if your group's application is not considered, you may be notified or not and that will be the end of communication with you.If you fail this year, I therefore advise that you should not loose any hope as the program will come your way again 2010.
COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS
a) The official rate for the application processing fee is $225 USD per applicant and it non refundable.
b) Each applicant in a group of 5-10 without travelling passport will pay an extra fee of $125 USD for the processing of the United Nations Emergency travelling certificate. In all, an Applicant without travelling passport will forward a non-refundable total payment of $350USD.
COMPULSORY REQUIREMENTS FOR SINGLE APPLICANT OR A GROUP NOT UP TO 5 APPLICANTS
a) The official rate for the application processing fee is $500 USD per applicant in posession of his or her travelling passport and it is non refundable.
b) Each applicant in this category without spassport will pay an extra amount of $25 USD as Assessment fee and $125 USD for the processing of the United Nations Emergency travelling certificate. In all, an Applicant in this category without travelling passport will forward a non-refundable total payment of $650USD
All group forms and payment receipts should be forwarded to the Head office the same time not immediately but after the group have been approved by the approval panel to benefit from the program. You will have to fill and return by fax your HSWF and visa application forms along with the first pages of your international passports, approval certificate and payment receipt(s) as proof for the payment of your application process fees.No application will be processed without the payment receipt(s) Therefore applicants are advised to return their forms along with the group payment confirmation for the application-processing fee. On receipt of above by the head office administration at the head office, you visa processing will commence immediately.The head of Administration will forward your visa application forms, your approval certificates, first pages of your international passports and the official HSWF application confirmation for the program. You shall
be notified by the Immigration service with an embassy appointment through the assigned immigration Lawyer.
Visa Requirements for Applicants partaking in this program
1) HSWF approval certificate (certifying that applicants have the approval to partake in this program)
2) Completed visa forms filled by the applicants
3) First pages of applicant traveling passport
4) HSWF application confirmation and should be returned through the HSWF head office (confirming that the group or applicant have successfully completed the HSWF application procedures.
Upon the completion of HSWF Application procedures by applicants, we shall forward the application confirmation for each group, already filled visa application forms by each applicant, first pages of applicant traveling passport and the approval certificates to the Immigration service through the immigration lawyer for the processing and authorization of the visa within 48 hours. Late Submission of application forms . Any filled application form and requirement received after the exact date and time specified for receipt at the office designated in this notice will be considered non-responsive, except with permission. Consideration will be given to any group that notified the admin office with reasons why they will not be able to meet up with the given date Any application form returned without the payment receipt will be considered non-responsive and the group shall have their files cancelled except with considerable reasons. On the appointment day,
each member of your group will go the embassy for the issuance of your visa seals in your passports while those with passport will receive their UN Emergency traveling certificates. You shall be contacted by the flight co-ordinator with information about your flight schedule and arrangement on where to pick up your flight tickets in your country. Alternatively, the flight tickets can be mailed through secured delivery like FedEx or DHL but the cost shall be applicants’ responsibilities. Dear Applicants,
We wish to congratulate all approved groups for this year program.We are happy to announce to you that out of 45,000 groups that applied for this year program, your group have emerged as one of the 3,000 groups approved and certified for this program while 45 groups are on awaiting list . I am directed by the HSWF approval panel to notify you that following the fact that you are the first group that applied from your country for this program and for the recommendation from a colleague in HSWF who recommended you for this program ,consideration have been given to your application and your application file have approved today being 17/12/07.
In this regard we are sending you, your approval certificate and application forms to enable you fill and return the forms with all necessary requirements before 10 days which is the expiry date..
Because of the limited time and number of applicants needed for this program, we have decided not to waste away any opportunity through any group or applicant that can not meet up with the official application processing fees. All approved groups are therefore advised to reach our financial department at HSWF European international office in Germany with their application processing fees as soon as possible through electronic money transfer only, being the HSWF chosen method for all payment transfers for this program via WESTERN UNION only to Mr.Malik Odudu the financial departmental head since payment transfer through Moneygram requires only data of the receiver and the sender.

We have notified the Immigration service about your approval to partake in this year program.Your group visa processing file have been opened today by the Immigration service with the data which you forwarded to us.
The law office of Barrister Raymond Law Associates will without any delay forward the visa application forms and Employment agreement to all approved groups as they have been instructed by the US Bureau of Immigrant Affairs to forward the forms to all approved groups. You are to fill and return the visa application forms along with the HSWF official Application forms and your payment receipt for the application processing.The barrister will also forward the Employment Agreement which you are to sign.there are some space not yet filled in the agreement. Some of the space will be filled immediately you commence your job .Some will need an amendment if need be from you. THINGS TO REMEMBER
Note that all payment should be made to Germany with the euro rate below.You should always convert the amount in euro to your local currency, with that you will know how much you are to pay that will give you the amount in euro
(1)Application processing fee for each applicant in a group of 5-10 persons that has an International travelling passport is $225 USD ...Payable in European currency at 165 Euro
(2) UN Emergency traveling certificate application processing fee for each applicant in a group of 5-10 persons is $125 USD Payable in European currency is 100 Euro
3) Each applicant without passport in a group of 5-10 persons is expected to pay a total sum of 265 Euro
Your chance in this program expires after 10 days from today if you do not return your application forms and the payment receipts by fax to us before the above date. You should follow up immediately with the payment formalities for the processing of your documents now that your group have been approved for the program. Furthermore, be informed that you have only few days left for this program, therefore you should not delay with your payment and your document processing.. HSWF has the right to cancel their approval for your group in this program if you fail to reach our office with your payment within a few days. We have already notified the financial department about your group approval, they will reach you with the payment modalities and details of their financial departmental head.
You must endeavor to reach the financial department with your payment information or scanned copy of your payment receipt by e-mail. The processing of your documents will commence immediately our financial department send your payment confirmation to us.You must make sure you follow up with your payment to track your payment confirmation from the financial department because they are always very busy and may delay to forward the needed confirmation to us..Every process works along side with each other. The Immigration service needs the HSWF application confirmation with the visa application forms from the head office for the authorization of your visas, we need your payment confirmation from the financial department for the processing of your HSWF application confirmation while the financial department needs your payment to process your payment confirmation that will be forwarded to us.This approvals expires after 10 days. No modification of date
or extension

Delivery of Application forms and other requirements by fax
After the application approval by the approval panel, it is therefore mandatory that, all approval groups must return to the administration department at the head office by fax filled visa forms, HSWF application forms, first pages of their international passports, approval certificate and payment receipt(s) as proof that the group have remitted their application processing fees.
