Subject: THANKD FOR THE UPDATE
The Free Lotto
Sweepstakes, PO Box 42 Peterborough. PE3 8XH. UNITED
KINGDOM
Dear
Miss Young,
I have just
heard a telephone conversation with Mr Davis Wallam and i was made to
understand why you must pay for your parcel to be deliver to
you.
Kindly act
accordingly as regard to the delivery of your winning to you. I
understood every bit of your mail with special regards If I may explain to you
in details the reason why you have to Pay the said fee is as
follow. You are to note that your parcel is not just any
parcel the courier company deliver to people on individuals on
daily bases and as such if any thing should go wrong/happen to your winning
parcel the Global Express Courier Company will be held responsible and be
sue for it by the winner ,we the lottery board and even the British
Government.
1) Your
winning has been insured and blocked to avoid diversion of winnings and double
payment and can only be payable to you or your bank account after
verification, approval and payment must have been made for the delivery of
your winning prize. Note that your prize is protected by a hardcover insurance
policy , which makes it impossible to deduct any amount from the money before
it has been remitted to you. This means that the above charges cannot be
deducted from the prize and hence must be provided by you before your prize is
delivered to you. 2) It would be a breach of contract on
the part of Global Express Courier Company in charge of the delivery of your
winning prize to courier your winnings without your paying the delivery
fee because this is a security measure of the courier company has put in place
to ensure the safe delivery of winnings to
winners
Note. Anything contrary to this instruction from the delivery department,
is at your own risk and the courier company will not be sued for any
mismanagement of your winning prize. Therefore, you are advice to comply with
this piece of information and act as instructed by the Courier
Company.
Thanks for your
understanding.
Regards,
Rev.Jackson
